Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, there is no guarantee the seller can or will resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

All items on our website are non-refundable. Certain items are priced on sale because of defects on them, and those will be listed in the description. We will not accept returns on items that are listed with defects that are there before you purchase the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We will not accept exchanges unless there is an error on the seller (we send you the wrong dress or size).
