Shipping policy

After you place your order it will be fulfilled in 1 business day and shipped out in 2-3 business days. Please expect delays during peak season as we are also running a storefront location for prom gowns. Once we have shipped your dress, you will get an email containing the tracking number to follow your package. Your order should be received within 10 days of placing the order depending on where you are located. We do not ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs. We will ship to other country's however all shipping rates and taxes or fees once it goes through customs is on the customer to cover payment. We charge a flat rate ranging $30-$50 depending on your location and weight of the dress. This charge covers your shipping cost and labor required to send out the package.
